What we commit to, what we don't promise, and exactly how refunds work — spelled out plainly, right here.
A real strategy built for your business, the systems designed to execute it, and hands-on implementation guidance throughout the engagement. That's the commitment — real work, done well, tailored to where you actually are.
We stay with you for the full length of your engagement — including the additional months of optimization support built into your program — because the systems we design are built specifically to move whatever we're targeting, and in practice, that's what happens the vast majority of the time. But we won't put a specific number or date on paper as a guarantee, because we don't control every variable, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. It's like predicting rain: every variable can point to it, but nobody can promise the exact day, or exactly how much falls. Your results work the same way — heavily dependent on execution, timing, and real-world conditions outside anyone's control.
Florida law gives you the right to cancel within 3 calendar days of your agreement's effective date, and we honor that fully — you'll receive a complete refund within that window, no exceptions, regardless of any work already started on our end. Send a written cancellation request to bentley@sowealthcreation.com.
After the 3-day window, refunds work like this: we return whatever amount of your payment is still with us. The moment your engagement starts, we start keeping our commitments too — booking contractors, provisioning tools, beginning research, putting real money to work on your behalf. We're not going to hold onto money we haven't earned, but we also can't recover money already spent fulfilling your engagement. So if you cancel after the 3-day window, you get back what's left of your payment once what's already been committed and spent is accounted for.
This is a summary in plain language — your actual client agreement is the governing document. Not legal, tax, or investment advice.
Happy to walk through any of this on a call before you commit to anything.
