SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

School of Wealth Creation is a business strategy, consulting, and education company serving owner-operated small businesses. This messaging program sends text messages to people who have explicitly opted in through our Unstuck Plan request and booking forms at sowealthcreation.com. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Non-marketing messages include updates about your Unstuck Plan request, appointment confirmations and reminders for your working session, and customer support. Marketing messages, sent only to people who separately opt in to them, include special offers, events, business education content, and service updates.

Example message: "Hi [Name], this is Bentley from School of Wealth Creation. Your appointment is confirmed for [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out."

2. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 561-584-4378. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at a frequency that varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

The Unstuck Plan

The Unstuck Plan is a free, educational, and informational resource. Each plan is prepared using publicly available information, industry benchmarks, and the answers you provide, with the help of research software and artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
Benchmarks and revenue figures are estimates based on available research. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of public information or third-party data.
We prepare a limited number of plans each day. We may limit requests to one plan per business, and we may decline a request or provide a different resource when a request falls outside the businesses we serve or our eligibility requirements.
Your plan is for use in your own business. You may share it within your business and with your advisors. You may not resell, republish, or distribute it commercially.
Working sessions are scheduled through our booking tools. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written client agreement signed by both parties.
